Order Cancellations

Please send an emal to support@fashionsdiscounts.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, Fashions Discounts is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

Return Policy

If not completely satisfied, you may return the items. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return send us an email to info@fashionsdiscounts.com the email must contain the following:

The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

If you are retuning a purchase due to a manufacture defect or receiving the wrong product, original shipping is refundable.

Please send your package via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail or UPS. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. No return for items on Sale.

Return Perfumes

We will accept any unopened merchandis in its original condition, including original packaging within 15 days of receipt and you will recieve a full refund less shipping and restocking fee (10%).

We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.

Shiping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Once we receive a return from you(with all of the proper information), we will credit your account and notify you.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Fashionsdiscounts.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped the next day. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the status of your order along with a tracking number. There are times that your order might have multiple shipping using either UPS, USPS or both. Most orders take 3-7 days to arrive at your destination.

My order has been cancelled, why?

We update our site on a regular basis, but there are times that an order may be cancelled. For instance, if an item is out of stock. When this occurs you will receive an email stating the status of your order as “cancelled” and “item no longer available.” We do not place orders on “back ordered” status, which means that your funds are held until the item or items become available, instead, we cancel the order. Additional reasons could be that we were not able to ship the order because the address could not be verified of because payment method could not be approved.

If you used your credit card as a payment method, the charge is automatically placed in “authorized” mode, which means that we need to either authorize it to accept payment or void authorization to reject payment. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order the charge will be voided, which means that the funds will not be collected. All this means is that the funds are not collected automatically when using a credit card (they are placed on hold)and that the process is different than that of using a PayPal account. Either way you do receive a refund for your purchase if the order could not be fulfilled.

If you used your PayPal account, funds are automatically collected; therefore you will receive a refund if the order could not be fulfilled.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship orders to lower 48 States + DC.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship to other countries outside of the USA, except for Canada (which is currently the only international country we ship to), but we are working on it. Once we are ready to accept international orders we will have it posted on the website along with a list of countries that shipping will be available.

Can I exchange an item?

Items that can be exchanged are clothing such as jeans, shirts, jewelry. Undergarments (bra, panties, underwear are not exchangeable or refunded) and bathing suits. Perfumes must be closed and unused. Items on SALE do not qualify for return/exchange services.

Exchange services are only available to all US 50 States. US territory and Canada are excluded from this service, therefore exchange services are not available for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, all other countries falling under this category, and Canada.

As long as the item is in good condition and not used you may exchange it for another size or for another item.

Please contact us to make arrangements. To request an exchange follow the same procedure as you would when requesting a refund.

Note: The customer is responsible for any shipping fees when returning goods back to us. Fashions Discounts does not take any responsibility for the arrival or misplacement of exchanges. We recommend you use registered post when returning goods back to us.

Exchanges will only be considered when goods are in original condition. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in “other than new condition” and cannot be exchanged. All labels must be attached and packaging in its original condition. Please contact us prior to mailing your items (info@fashionsdiscounts.com). You must obtain approval prior to mailing your items to us. Only one exchange is allowed per order. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges.

Items that have been returned without either a return or exchange approval number or are obviously worn, are soiled or have had the tags removed will not be accepted.

How do I use a coupon code/e-gift certificate?

Click “coupon/promotion code” box Enter coupon code and click “Apply” Although, there is an option to apply a coupon code during the check out process it is best to enter it in the shopping cart “coupon/promotion code” box. Only one coupon code can be redeemed at a time. **If you are unable to apply the coupon code to your order write a note that includes the coupon code in the “comments” section after placing your order. The appropriate credit will be applied as long as the coupon code is valid.

How will I know which size to choose?

Knowing the right size to choose depends on various factors, such as, brand, clothing material and body type. Some clothes run smaller than other depending on the fabric used. Clothing made of lycra/Spandex material provides a comfortable fit. Under the product description you will find the fabric content for the product.
